Wendy brings many

years of experience in the not-for-profit sector to her job, which she has held since 1993. She is known for her no-nonsense attitude and passionate dedication to the work of community building. She has a B.F.A. from the Kansas City Art Institute. Wendy has served on the following boards and task forces in the Kansas City metropolitan area:

Stephanie Kollmann, AmeriCorps VISTA

Stephanie is the brand new VISTA (Volunteers In Service To America) at RDA. Stephanie will be living and working in Rosedale through February 2012. She will be writing the newsletter, working with area youth, helping out with the community gardens, and recruiting volunteers for various neighborhood projects.

Heidi Holliday, Healthy Kids Initiative Project Manager

Heidi started working as a community organizer with the Healthy Kids Initiative in April 2009.  Heidi coordinates the activities and strategy teams of the Rosedale Healthy Kids Initiative, and is based out of Rosedale Development Association.  She works with the community gardens, Rosedale Farmers Market, youth activities and active transportation initiatives.
